KPGS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- No resale or monetization of the game or its assets.
- No reverse-engineering, extraction, or re-distribution of assets except where explicitly permitted by law.
- Fan content (screenshots, streams, reviews) is welcome provided you do not misrepresent authorship or imply endorsement.
Unofficial Fan-Made Work
The game is an unofficial fan-made project. Third-party names and characters referenced are the property of their respective owners. Any such references are for parody/tribute purposes and do not imply endorsement.

Fair Use of Services
- Do not attempt to hack, cheat, disrupt, or overload services linked with the game (e.g., leaderboards or websites).
- Do not upload or share harmful, illegal, or harassing content through any community links associated with the project.
- Respect other players and platform rules (e.g., itch.io community guidelines, Discord rules).
Itch.io, Discord, and Others
The game may be downloaded from or linked to third-party platforms (for example, itch.io or Discord). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Minimal Data Handling
The downloadable builds of the game do not intentionally collect personal data. Platform stores (like itch.io) may process basic information for downloads/updates. If optional telemetry or online features are added in future builds, they will be described in-game or on the project page.

Limited Remedies

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the project is primarily maintained (France), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Local mandatory consumer protections still apply.
